Each individual is allowed only one cck1 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household play from the same device or IP address, this should be reported to cck1.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials, password, and verification codes completely confidential. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. cck1 will never ask for your password via email or message.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on cck1: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account closure.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required during identity verification.
All active bonus wagering requirements on your account must be met before a withdrawal. If there is an active bonus and the wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus may be cancelled before the withdrawal is processed.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
cck1 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳48,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on your deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
4.3 General Bonus Policy Terms
- Each bonus offer can only be used once.
- A bonus cannot be used across multiple accounts.
- cck1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed.
- Each bonus has its own expiry period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
- cck1's decision on bonus eligibility is final.
5. VIP Program and Cashback
cck1's VIP program has four tiers that reward regular players:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. cck1 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6. Gaming Rules and Code of Conduct
6.1 Fair Play Policy
